Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be a member of ENworld to sign up to run or play in games?

Any gamer in the National Capital Area is welcome to attend the DC Gameday, but pre-registration is handled exclusively through the ENworld DC Gameday Forum. If you do not already have an account, you can register here.

How do I recruit players for my game?

Once you’ve registered at ENworld, start a thread that follows these rules and suggestions with the details of the game you’d like to run. Once that has happened, your game will be added to the Fall 2010 DC Gameday Master Event Schedule. Players will start signing up, and fun will be had by all!

When and where is this happening?

DC Gameday VII will occur on 9-10 October on the 9th floor of the AFT building, at the corner of New Jersey Ave and F St NW (555 New Jersey Ave, N.W., Washington DC,  20001). It’s two blocks or so from the Union Station stop on Metro’s Red Line.

Because the AFT building is a secure facility, the gameday organizers will need to know your first and last name before the gameday begins. If you plan to attend, please send your first and last name to dcgameday@gmail.com.

What if I’m driving? Will I have a place to park?

Street parking is available 24/7, and there are numerous pay-parking lots in the area. You cannot park in the garage beneath the AFT building.

What if I have other questions?

Don’t be shy! Feel free to contact the Gameday organizers at questions@dcgameday.com if you’d like to know more!
